VINTAGE HAMILTON MODEL 21 MARINE CHRONOMETER MOVEMENT TUB & BEZEL FOR PARTS Description Up for Consideration: Vintage Hamilton Model 21 Marine Chronometer Movement Tub and Bezel with Crystal for Parts Original OEM Hamilton Model 21 Movement Tub and Bezel Original Mineral Glass Crystal Measures approx. 124.6mm in Diameter x 73.4mm Tall(outside dimensions)Condition: This lot comes to you AS-IS with no implied warranties or guarantees This lot comes to you as found and is a good, useable tub and bezel The brass is heavily oxidized with some evidence of rust/water damage but all should clean up as brass does not rust and this would be from the internal steel parts of the movements seepage The bottom key plate rotates open/closed as it should The brass bezel screws on/off smoothly with no evidence of ever being cross-threaded The mineral glass crystal is clean and clear with no scratches, chips or cracks that I can see The last bezel with glass that I had to purchase was $125 as they are hard to come by when you need them so, grab it while its still here! This Hamilton Marine Chronometer arrived incomplete and damaged beyond repair along with having previous water damage and it will be sacrificed for the greater good as it was beyond restoration It was an actual WWII unit and we will have a fair amount of parts to offer up so check our other listings to see if we have what you need!PLEASE NOTE: We combine multiple orders when possible to save you on shipping charges.
