The item in the picture is the same that you will receive, it is currently in my possession and ready to ship. These are not stock photos, my user name can be seen in each photo.
This auction is for the KAWS x Krooked collaboration deck released in 2004, it’s #28 of an edition of 400. The low numbers are harder to come by because they are normally al...located to the artist and their friends and family.
This was first collaboration between Krooked & KAWS and only skate shops with Deluxe accounts, the official distributor of Krooked skateboards, were able to get them. This deck was especially special because it had very little publicity leading up to the release and a good amount of skate shops were not familiar with KAWS’s popular with collectors, which resulted in people actually skated these boards. I personally purchased 3 of these decks at a skate shop outside of Philadelphia, PA at the times of it’s release. This is the last one that I'am selling, it is in the best shape of the 3 and the lowest number of the batch.The deck is in it’s original shrink wrap with original stickers. The Kaws character graphic is nicely screen printed, see photos. There is some discoloration on the shrink wrap from when the boards were boxed, unboxed, and displayed at the skate shop. Please see photos. There are also small blemishes on the graphic. Please see photos. This wear was not uncommon at core skates shops at that time.The deck will be bubble wrapped for shipping.
