Auction is for a rare pair of M&K S-150THX Lucas Film speakers. Stands are NOT included.
These are the highly sought after Miller and Kreisel M&K S-150THX Lucas Film Speakers. This is a great audiophile / movie fanatic setup! Everything is near mint other than a few of the foam pads on the front of the speakers are a little worn (which is common) and a few slight areas in the grill but no holes in the grills! The pads can easily be replaced for a few dollars… The purpo...se of the pads, is to better direct the audio signal and keep it in a direct path towards the listener while eliminating any potential ceiling or floor reflections. The speakers are the S-150THX (NOT the SS-150’s, these are the big ones). Matching pair with sequential serial numbers. The sound quality is impeccable with defining mids and highs, while producing pure seat vibrating bass. These speakers produce audio way beyond their appearance.
The stands are not included!! Speakers only!
These speakers are precisely designed home theater surround sound applications. The THX rating is an extremely high certification to obtain and takes audio to a higher level.
