Here's a Canon SII "Seiki-Kogaku" with Serenar 5cm/3.5. Serial number: 15496, made in the mid 1940's. This is the rare first type, with "Seiki-Kogaku"-engraving, and it's of very early manufacture, as serial numbers starts at 15000. All parts are original. Good condition, with signs of moderate to normal use, a few minor marks and some wear at the left side of top plate. Shutter and rangefinder is working, but the slow speeds are very sticky. The Serenar-lens (serial number: 9123), is ...of the correct vintage with "Seiki-Kogaku" engraving, and has some pitting to the chrome of the barrel, cleaning marks on front element and haze.
