Ivory Garuda handle most likely made in Celebes.
Krises with this type of blade are made in one village in Madura and are representative of some of the most difficult and artistic metalwork of any culture in the world.
We call this one our "Lace Kris."

Gold mendak between blade & handle is a Javanese Style, but with a Naga carved at the top which is almost never seen.
