Priced to sell*, K&G Enterprises, purveyor of collectible, vintage, and antique merchandise (e.g., John Rogers Statuary**), are most pleased to place in auction this Rare Bronze Statue from John Rogers' Group "The Photograph." Standing 18.5" this statuette is substantial weighing in at about 35 lbs. Certainly a wonderful addition to a Rogers connoisseur's collection but also a wonderful icon for the avid and/or professional photographer to proudly possess. These bronze P...hotographers were produced in Larchmont, NY in the 1980's making them close to a vintage item. Condition-wise, this piece is structurally sound and the finish is intact without scratches save for about 3 or 4 inconsequential pin point spots of corrosion (hardly surprising given its age) that can be easily removed. Rogers Groups I have previously listed, such as; the poly Fighting Bob, Football, and now, Pickett Guard (A) and Washington are also gone, gone, gone. Plus, all of this inventory is about to go away to a private collector/speculator independent of eBay in the next couple weeks--a great relief to yours truly.
