Description: This antique cabinet is overall solid. This is the round turnstile model. All the glass is good, with all the lettering intact. The two curved glass inserts have 'Merrick's Six Cord Soft Finish Spool Cotton' painted on the inside of the glass. It is in need of some repair and refinishing. Wouldn't take a lot to restore, especially since the ...glass is good. The metal tag on the top reads: PATENTED JULY 20, 1897. The only problem, that I see with this cabinet, is that it would be difficult to ship safely. The glass is ajar in one area, and I'm afraid that it could shift in transit. I would rather this be a pickup item. I will probably take out the glass panels and ship separately. For pick up, I can hold for three of months if needed.
Size: Approx. 22" tall, 18" in diameter.
Condition: Overall the condition is good.
