You are looking at a fabulous United States Travel & College campus Photograph Album. The photographs are from 1926 and there are 265 photos total (1 is loose inside, otherwise the whole album is filled with 4 photos per side of page). I do not have all pages imaged here on EBay, but I give an example of what is in there and I will list some places or things that are in here as well. They include: Grand Canyon National Park which also shows "Bright Angle Trail", a... HOPI native american indian house, HOPI native American Indians dancing and in full dress, the cities of Cameron and Flagstaff, Arizona are in here (it looks like a man made lake or resivoir is being filled in the Arizona images), the loose photo looks like a man with a black hood over his head and he has a noose and he is standing on a small stand..., there are images of Bloomingdales and Finkenberg's Furniture in New York City, military soldiers in a photo, a movie theater (the front of the building), there are trains and automobiles, some images of the East Coast (some are not told what or where they are, but can be guessed), there are lots of sports photos (I think from Harvard University, since I believe John Farson, III attended there) like football, track and field, etc..., some golfing and water sports. John Farson, III must have attended the Hotchkiss boarding school before he attended Harvard (a Hotchkiss pendant hangs in his dorm room). The album is about 12.25" x 7". A wonderful piece of American History through the eyes (and camera!) of a young man in the early 20th century. The man's name was John Farson, III. I will be adding more albums as time allows.
