This Singer 222k Featherweight is in remarkable condition. The decals are excellent, the paint is nearly perfect, and it runs like it’s new. It is all original and is wired for North American voltage. There’s lots of Singer stuff here, too. A thimble, an oil can, a package of original singer needles, and motor lubricant, as well as a box of attachments (listed below), a buttonholer, and a zig-zagger.
The Featherweights are great all around sewing machines, but the tiny free arm ...on the 222k makes it ideal for many smaller projects. This one is in beautiful condition.
Attachments include: shirring foot, edge stitcher, narrow zipper foot, wide zipper foot, ruffler, rolled hem foot, cording foot, two Singer screwdrivers and a seam guide. The zig-zagger includes three red cams and the buttonholer is complete. The machine comes ready to sew, having just been serviced. An LED bulb is included, along with a traditional Singer incandescent bulb. Serial number EN136160 indicates its date of manufacture as March 17, 1958.The luxury case is new and in flawless condition. It includes 2 keys.The machine will be meticulously packaged to prevent damage during transit. We’re sewing machine people, too, and we understand. Really.
