Since 1970, the Crisis Center has been responding to individuals in crisis by providing comprehensive services that result in healing, improved mental health, positive life relationships and overall well-being. A United Way agency, the Crisis Center is a 501c 3 non-profit agency that operates 7 programs. These include our Crisis & Suicide Hotline; Rape Response; Sexual Assault Nurse ...Examiner Program; Kid's Help Line; Teen Link; Senior Talk Line; and the Mental Health Association. We have over 200 volunteers who participate in these programs. The Crisis Center is open 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
