The sticker range of this set is Numbers 1 to 288.I have 237 stickers in this lot with the following 51 numbers missing from the above range -6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 16, 17, 18, 19, 27, 3...7, 38, 39, 40, 46, 49, 50, 60, 67, 74, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 96, 97, 99, 109, 115, 120, 137, 145, 150, 153, 156, 163, 177, 178, 179, 181, 206, 212, 226, 232, 234, 236, 247, 251, 274,
Approximate size - 6.5 cm x 4.5 cmThe stickers are two piece affairs with a player image on one side and an attached backing containing a short bio on the other.
I think that these stickers were originally self adhesive upon peeling the backing but on those where the backing has separated there are no adhesive properties remaining so I think the adhesive properties have now well worn off all the stickers.
The stickers are now a very delicate in that if not handled carefully the backing easily becomes detached. This is obviously a process of the aging but at present the backings are still fully or partially attached except for 3 stickers where the backing has separated and I do not have a replacement for that sticker.
Unfortunately, such is the nature and unpredictability of the backing, I cannot guarantee that the postal trip will not become a means to a separation of more along the way.
The stickers show some age, marks and general wear and even maybe colour change but they are still sound, fair to good colour and un-creased and reasonably clean (please see photos).
I attempt to ensure my photographs show as much detail as possible and that my descriptions are accurate, but an item may just slip the net, if so let me know immediately and I will act upon any genuine discrepancy.
