Vintage Paper Cutter / Trimmer.Bed is 28" x 22". Industrial heavy duty solid metal frame with wood handle. Blade is sharp. Works great. Has side frame that will telescope in and out when knob is turned. No markings, however I believe this is a Kutrimmer brand made in Germany. Comes with extra metal pieces shown however I'm not sure how they work.
