Metal Hand Engraving Tools (Antique). Condition is Pre-owned. These tools belonged to my father, who was a hand engraver in the Washington DC area from 1946 until he passed away in 1988. The tools have been in my climate-controlled basement for 30 years. They include 90 gravers with handles, 85 gravers without handles, and 15 graver handles without blades. I have included an article about my dad, that appeared in the 1973 Washington Post, to add some provenance to the... tools. Some blades are new, most are used, and were made in the USA, Germany, and Switzerland.
