Click images to enlarge Description VINTAGE 1937 ALUMINUM MONARK SILVER KING DELUXE STREAMLINE BICYCLE This is a Rare Monark DeLuxe SILVER KING Aluminum bicycle. This bike is fairly complete and only needs just a few items to finish it to 100%. This particular bike has the Rare special "BUTTERFLY" kick-up parking stand, a set of Genuine "N.O.S." GOOD~YEAR white/wall 24"x2.125" U.S.Made tires, a DELTA horn-lite with an EXACT reproduction long style Aluminum cone,  an Art Deco TORRINGTON handle bar gooseneck stem, DeLuxe style Aluminum truss-rods,  "N.O.S." Persons Supreme pedals, "N.O.S." 24" painted fenders, DeLuxe Aluminum rear reflector housing with large faceted "Glass Jewel" reflector, professionally chrome plated "hockey-stick" style chain guard, "N.O.S." chrome plated handle bars, "N.O.S." DELTA battery tube clamps with 'green felt' mounting pads, Persons "N.O.S." 30+ year old replacement saddle, NEW DEPARTURE Model D coaster brake, good used drop center rims, and a proper Monark speedchain style front sprocket. This bike still needs a base for the Hornlite, a battery-tube (note: the tube mounted is just an empty 'dummy' tube), new grips, a Streamline saddle, the fenders need to be painted Stratosphere Blue, and the bike should be polished to a Brilliant shine! This 24" bike with longer wheel base is the "Adult" size for the Prewar Monark SILVER KING Model line.
