I Will be listing a very nice estate collection of cool vintage and antique items. Some really interesting vintage surf related items. Several cool vintage trophies, all from a La Jolla estate. Up for auction is an original vintage 1968 Western Surfing Association(WSA) surf competition trophy medal and ribbon award. Engraved on... the back with W.S.A., San Clem. AA, 2nd Jr. Men 1968. Front of the medal has Atlas holding a surfing emblem. Appears to be modeled after Duke Kahanamoku. In nice condition for its age with some surface wear as seen in the photos. No broken parts, no cracks, no dents and no repairs. Ribbon is in nice shape. Measures 3 3/4" tall. Please see detailed photos. Rare item and is a must for any collector.
