Stu Thomsen STR-29. SE Racing 40th anniversary replica. Original owner. I've loved the quadangle bikes since I was a kid, and have cherished this nostalgic bike. Unfortunately, I am just too tall to ride it comfortably. After debating to sell it for the last year or so, several recent inquiries have made me realize it needs a new home. I have only cruised it a handful of times, and I wiped down my limited edition treasure after every ride. I know someone out there has been looking for ...one of these who will ride it more. Bike has been used, and is not perfect, but I have tried my best. It has always sat in my living room on display. There is a small dent in one of the downtubes, it came out of the box that way. There is also a scratch on the other side, I dropped a wrench installing the SE Power Wing handlebars. I almost cried. Bike has never been crashed. I'm going to sell this bike quickly, like tearing off a bandaid. I realize the pink Chris King and Velocity wheelset may not be everyone's cup of tea, so I'd be willing to entertain offers for the frameset and keep the wheels for another project. Can also trade out the tires to the unused SE skinwalls if desired. Lots of extras included with the sale. Chrome pad set, original donuts, 40th anniversary blue donuts from a Fat Ripper, and an additional number plate autographed by Perry Kramer!
