Original Description:

For auction is a beautiful Victorian (or Edwardian) Miniature folding Button Hook with Gold Scales.
There's a stamp mark on the suspension ring which is difficult to make out but I believe it's 9 ct.
The scales have been tested and are definitely gold.
It measures just 30mm in length when closed ( 47mm with hook opened )
The hook it'self is made from steel and has a strong spring action when opening or closing.
The gold scales on the handle have an attractive pebbl...e effect decoration.

It's in excellent condition throughout.
