Vintage Condition with some wear on the leather, some rust on the metal clasp. The brush handles are labeled "Real Ebony" and the longer brush is also labeled "Pure Chungking Bristles". 10" wide x 7". The scissors are inscribed "Montgomery Ward & Co CHICAGO".
