I have decided to sell a few harder to find items from my personal collection. This is a very rare and sought after radio. It's known as the G&F Searchlight radio. It's been part of my personal collection for about 10 years now and it was one of my friends prized possessions. I purchased it from him just before he passed away. It's now time for me to pass it on to a new home. It works fine. I just plugged it in and the dial lighted up and the tubes warmed up and the radio cam...e on. I'm not sure how the searchlight up top comes on. I did not want to play with it too much and break something. As you can see in the pictures, the condition looks to be original. The small circle style paper label in the front is only about 1/2 there. You can see the paper label attached to the rear of the radio. The radio shows a few minor scuffs and rubs, but is in excellent shape overall. This radio sits in a swivel base. The nobs look to be original, but please see the pictures to confirm all of this as it is the only one of these I've ever seen in person. The pictures will show the true condition. I will wrap it carefully, box it, then wrap it again and box it again. I don't want anything to happen to her just as you don't.
