It measures 17 inches by 11 inches and has wear and tear from age alone with dirt and discoloration. See photo.
This is a RARE circular patterned flag.
It was framed and has a tape residue along the edges and needs professional cleaning.
This is a great piece of American History and a must have for collectors like myself.
I hate to part ...with it but I have so many flags and am always upgrading to older and rare flags.
Please allow time for delivery I am in the military and stationed in Germany and it takes a bit longer to ship back home from the Post Office on base.
