9 Original metal transmitter mount phone number card holders for candlestick phones, also wood & metal wall phones and other types.  Made back 100 years ago by Kellogg and never installed.  They fit on Kellogg and many other brands of antique telephones.  9 for $55 with free shipping.  They are... the same holder as what is on the phone in pictures 2 and 3 and similar to that in picture 4 (just to show a wall phone). 

You will get what you see in picture 1.
