Y00 - VICTORIAN ALBUM - ANTIQUE SCRAPBOOK - 31 PAGES, 62 SIDES - CARDS & SCRAPS Description An original Victorian scrap album.
It measures approximately 10" (25.5cm) high by 12.5" (32cm) wide.
Both t...he front and the back covers are completely loose and there is no spine.
The inner binding is strong and holding well.
The album contains 31 pages (62 sides).
The ephemera is glued to both sides of the pages.
It is full including inside the covers making a total of 64 sides with content.
The cardboard pages are age-stained but generally in good condition.
The last 2 pages are paper and these are loose and have damaged edges.
An interesting album with a bit of everything, cards, scraps, writings, prints and even a couple of photographs, newspaper cuttings and dried leaves. The earliest entry I can see in the writings is 1884, the last 1920.
