This is an early oak Victor MS phonograph with the original 19" front mount Victor horn. Low serial number of #1941.
Original Concert reproducer.Original horn support & travel arm.Original finish on the oak case and it is nice!Original record screw.Original turntable and felt.Original manufacturer label on the underside of the case with the date 1902. Original 19" black and brass horn with the original Nipper decal. Horn has minor small dings and has... never been cleaned or polished.Original brass horn elbow.
Condition is excellent overall and if you are looking for an MS that has not been messed with then here it is. The crank is an early (same vintage) Talk-O-Phone crank I believe. Looks like the correct Victor crank until you examine closely at how it is put together. There is slight seam separation at the glue joint on the top motor board from age. There is a very small sliver of wood worn off one of the bottom corner edge. (hard to notice but calling it out.)
Yes, it winds up easy and plays through a 10" r.p.m. record.
