Like new condition other than one small area at the top edge of the lower battlement has some wear/rub appearance - see image that points this out.Last photo shows an "Eye of Sauron" aftermarket item at the top of the tower - this is NOT INCLUDED with this auction but is being auctioned separately, only shown here to show how the Eye looks installed (see my other auctions). The Weta statue unfortunately didn't include any Eye.I already have it boxed back up so ...can't measure directly but Weta gave the product dimensions in inches as 20.9 x 18.1 x 12.2 (H x W x D).From non-smoking home.Only selling to downsize collection.Images are of the actual item for sale. Comes with original box/packing shown - it will be shipped in that brown shipper box (not double boxed).
