An early and scarce 1898 souvenir booklet. This one is titled: Summer Day Outing Sylvan Beach New York NY. The booklet was printed with compliments of the Passenger Department at New York Ontario and Western Railway. The booklet consists of 35 pages loaded with Sylvan Beach and surrounding area tourist attractions and local advertisements including: Haberle Brewing Co. of Syracuse NY, Oneida Lake NY Summer School in Sylvan Beach, American Ginger Ale of Oneida NY, The Comstock Oneida NY..., Bruder House South Bay Madison County NY, Twogood House of Canastota NY, Lindley's Boat Livery of Sylvan Beach NY, Lakeside House in Constantia NY and many more. The booklet measures 8" x 4" and is in poor to fair condition as shown in the scans. The booklet appears to be complete but shows damage, wear and tear from age and use. Issues include rips, tears and a loose page. Condition aside a very rare and early booklet for your collection.
