Original Description:
An antique horse-racing vesta case dating from the late-nineteenthcentury.The polychrome enamel decoration features a horse &jockey on the lid and a race for the winning post on the underside.
Decorativescenes on three outer edges, striker in back edge under thehinge. Turquoise enamel enterior.
Approximatedimensions – 50 x 35 x 12mm (2.00 x 1.40 x 0.50'').
Seeimages for detail, scale and condition – surface wear & chips to the enamelon both interior & exterior... (see photos). Striker partially missing.
