This specimen consists of an impressive, large single rhomb of of deep reddish pink rhodochrosite in association with a small amount of quartz!!! The rhodochrosite crystal exhibits sharp, lustrous faces with ...marked translucence and gorgeous color!!! The crystal exhibits some complexly etched features in areas and other complex surface details - there are also sharp quartz crystals scattered on one face in addition to some minor sulphides!!!
