Just about as good as possible! Mint, crisp uncirculated blank Mercer Colony certificate. Stock certificate for Charles Fenton Mercer to settle families along the Trinity River. Nice early Texas empresario contract. The Indian and buffalo vignette is especially noteworthy. I did notice one tiny pinhole in the bottom right corner, as shown in one of the photos. Would be very difficult to upgrade from this one.Always happy to combine shipping on multiple wins!
