Jandus Electric Motor for Antique Fan or Lathe. Condition is Used. Antique motor made by Jandus Electric. I believe this is for an old Jandus electric fan however is was in a box of old lathe parts so someone may have used it for a lathe. There is a brass unit that looks like a pulley but do not know if it is used to connect to fan. Looks like a cast iron base. Shaft spins freely. Two metal tags on unit. One says No. 1325AD and 104V 60CY. The o...ther says Jandus Electric Co Pat'd May 12, 1903. Cord and plug is old but appears to be a replacement new than item. One small screw looks to be replaced all other look original. Looks like original paint with some original pin striping remaining. Switch on bottom has small wood or composite handle broken off and needs to be replaced. Finish needs cleaning and/or restoration if desired. Dirty and dusty with chips in paint. I am not comfortable plugging in so I do not know if it works. Assume that is not working and is for parts, repair, rewire or restoration. About 9 inches tall and weighs 12 pounds.
