This is a rare First Edition piece in the Olszewski Disneyland Main Street USA collection in excellent condition. The lights work and the box and certificate are in great condition.
It does have very feint paint cracks on the gray roof (pictures attached) that I only saw once the photos were enlarged. This is very common with this pieces and it can easily be painted over. The artist has the color swatches for the whole collection on his website.
