vintage Siemens Dual 8" Floppy Disc Drive unit Model FDD120-8 -- includes separate 120VAC power supply with control panel -- rack-mount units - power supply measures 3 1/2 by 19 by 6 in. deep / the drive unit measures 5 1/4 by 19 by 14 in. deep -- was found with and set up for a vintage S-100 bus type computer system --
-- a bit dusty inside but o/w nice overall condition -- powered on fine and both drive motors starte...d when their respective switches were thrown: not otherwise tested -- module '2' has a set of wires cut in the middle: likely control wires -- and flipping the main switch to 'off' did not seem to turn it off --
