Fabulous RARE CORO DUETTE brooch pin of 1945. Sterling vermeil (similar gold plated). Designed by Adolph Katz the faces of the monarchs are gold with green rhinestone eyes. Jewels in their crowns are a combination of ruby, sapphire pearl and emerald green rhinestones. A few diamantés form trail along the collars and headband of the crown. Adolph Katz was the major designer for Coro from 1924 and was responsible for many wonderful designs - especiall...y his enamel pieces. Size: 2.25” (6 cm) x 1.70” (4.5cm) widest points

Materials: Sterling, crystal diamantes rhinestones
Condition: Excellent. Slight discoloration of some diamantes can be noticed but a very good example of this piece and for its age. Please note I do not clean costume jewellery.
