Original Description:
Old Violin found in an estate in France with its Italian hand inked autograph inside directly on the back "Giuseppe e Antonio Gagliano fecit in Milano anno 1802" and also a label that I could read only the date "1802". Size of the back is 35, 5 cms so it's an adult violin. Condition is just all original, as I found it, and pretty good as far as I carefully inspected the violin. It seems to have had some little varnish retouch and repairs here and there, all original, pretty good c...ondition for its age. I would need to say that I have no idea about authenticity whether this is an authentic Italian violin or not, as I do not know the provenance of this violin, so please make your own research.I am safely shipping all over the world.I am sure this instrument could make a passionate player very happy like other violins and cellos that I already sold.Questions welcome.Good bidding to all !Offers are welcome !
