Antique/Vintage Water Slide Colonial Ceramic Decals 18 Sheets
Up for auction we have an antique/vintage set of ceramic decals. I was told the style looked to be a colonial style. A paper that these came with say they can be used to decorate and restore old trunks, picture frames, doll houses, etc. I'm not sure if it was realized that these are for ceramics. There are 18 sheets in this bundle but some of them are stuck together and have peeled away parts... of the paper below it. (photos 10, 11, 12)
Each paper measures 29"x 22". The largest wheat/barley decal measures 11" in diameter and the smallest at 3".The largest wheat/barley crown-like decal measures at 2" in diameter and smallest at 1.25".
I apologize for the tape dispensers in the pictures, It was the only way to keep the sheets down :). Instructions to apply ceramic decals are easily found online, so don't allow that to deter you.
