"World War I: The War Years."10 5/8” case. 13.5 minutes, B&W. Coronet Film. 3.5 lbs (11x3x13 flat rate box)
-Interesting vintage 16mm films from Austin, MN school auction that were purchased 20+ years ago and stored in basement. (see pic.)
-Clean & Good, As-Is Condition. Vintage films may have damage, areas of splicing (repair), odor. (Personally, my nose is not detecting vinegar od...or. They smell like film to me.) Please accept this prior to bidding. Sold AS-IS, AS SEEN in pics condition. Most reels have original notecard with cleaning/inspection details.
-Untested. (I wish I could spend a month watching these films!) I’ve opened each case and noted details for listing.
-I’ve done my best to figure out best way to ship. I’m listing with USPS Flat rate as it's the most affordable/reliable for the weight. A few larger reels require USPS Priority shipping. (I read more about USPS Media Mail and determined I’m not comfortable dealing with such method of shipping but if you are one to LOVE it then please let me know before bidding on auction. I’m typically open to combined shipping discounts but its more limiting with the flat rate box size options. Please send me a message if you have a problem with shipping costs and maybe there is a better option for you. Thanks! Happy Bidding!
International buyers are welcome to bid. International Buyer pays actual International shipping costs via USPS. Please message me for International shipping costs. Thank you.
PLEASE NOTE: MY DISCLAIMER. After recently experiencing a buyer claiming two of my auctions were not as-described/defective making it easy to inconvenience me, themselves, ebay and other serious bidders with an eBay return request. It’s been an awakening these last weeks of selling on ebay. I’ve learned a few lessons and felt the need to include this disclaimer. Things have certainly progressed and changed since I last listed and sold on ebay a couple years ago! I didn’t realize ‘RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED’ didn’t hold up when one can claim DEFECTIVE! It’s been a learning experience on how buyers can simply do this and not even communicate with the seller! I get that mistakes happen and I would certainly own them if I made a misrepresentation mistake. I realize it is very subjective when it comes to interpretation of condition! I am not here purposely peddling defective merchandise or misrepresenting anything! I put a lot of energy into my listings as well as any time I invest in shopping on ebay! I think there is a buyer for almost everything! But I do take my representation of things personally!! I can’t request enough that you review closely all pics and read listing thoroughly. THESE ARE VINTAGE and OLD items and most likely imperfect! If YOU are NOT interested in AS-IS, possibly not so perfect vintage condition then this is not an auction for you. Also, if you are not into communicating and/or asking questions then I ask you to look elsewhere and buy from other ebay sellers. Please don’t waste my time and other worthy buyers time and not look closely at pics and NOT read and NOT know what you’re looking at and bidding on! Please understand, I can’t afford to list and sell an item and then have it returned back to me! I don’t assume something is going to be used as it was originally intended for. I assume it might be upcycled in a new and interesting way! Thank you for reading! Have a good day!
