Offered here for your consideration is a truly elegant and beautiful Ansonia Library Lamp, circa 1892, with a Jeweled Frame and pull-down Finial (see pics 4 & 5). The manufacturer of this Lamp is identified by Jeff Ebersole as the Ansonia Brass & Copper Company (see page 18) in his book: Victorian Hanging Lamps of the 19th Century. The Glass Maker is identified as New England Pe...ach-Blow, verses Hobbs & Brockunier, due to it not having the white inner glass layer of H&B and the much more vibrant pink coloring. Quality heavy all-brass frame in its original finish, with a complete chain winder, functioning duplex burner and "twisties" instead of chains...will look Fabulous once polished and Lacquered!
