DescriptionUnusual Courtship and Matrimony novelty Creamware jug.Made in the early 19th Century, in England.Not marked but guaranteed to be an early and original piece (base photographed).There is an old stress star crack under the base of the jug (can be seen in photographs) and some kiln dust residue to the interior. Otherwise, it is in very good condition, with no other chips, cracks or restoration.It measures approximately 5⅜" in height.Service
