Antique 18th/19thc George III Davenport FineStoneware Cider/ Grog Jug with Silver Lid c1793-1810 Superb Davenport grogjug 8 inches high to the top of the silver finial, 7 inches across the spout tothe handle and 4 inches across the base. Decorated with“drinking men”, the reliefs very crisp, deep and well detailed. The silver lid has athumb piece. The silver mark iswell rubbed but is possibly London 1805 and the maker possibly GK, there isclearly the head o...f George III. The condition isvery good with just a little wear commensurate with the age. Impressed on thebase with lower case Davenport. The photos are partof the description so please assess carefully.
