17" Wheels
This is an antique Enterprise #7 Coffee Grinder, made in Philadelphia, PA. This grinder wheels measure 17" in diameter. This #7 has been fully restored to the specifications advised by ACME (Association of Coffee Mill Enthusiasts). The mill was brought down to bare cast iron to remove all the antique lead based paint (you don't want your coffee really leaded do you?) and repainted to original colors & finish. The interior grinding mechanism was also brought back to near original condition, was properly serviced, finished with the proper oils, and beans ground (the oils from the beans helps keep the grinding teeth lubricated and oiled). The drawer was rebuilt with new wooden sides & bottom, attached to the oak front. This beautiful mill is ready to put in another 150 years of work grinding your daily coffee. The mill is roughly 16.5" wide by 17" deep by 22" tall. Condition is excellent, fully restored to excellent working condition (see images). This coffee mill will make a great addition to your collection, would look amazing grinding your personal daily coffee or would be perfect for a coffee shop as it is (just as it always was) a workhorse that can grind and grind and grind. Shipping will be local pick-up only in Southeastern Michigan. If you are interested, please contact me as I am making a road trip South in the next few weeks and I will consider delivery. I accept Paypal. Payment is expected within 2 weeks of auction close.
