Here up for sale is a very attractive gold coin that I believe is Greek and in the style of the Attica owl drachmas from ancient Athens. I purchased this coin and several others in an estate sale. I had it tested by a jeweler with an EXF-8200 gold testing machine, it’s solid 16 karat gold and weights 3.5 grams. I cannot guarantee the coin’s authenticity for age and I’m not going to invest time and money to send it off to an expert for certification, however it could be quite valu...able and is very attractive.
