A fine antique English Georgian porcelain cylindrical piece of porcelain. The porcelain is hand painted with four reserves containing Roses before a Salmon & gilt decorated ground. Probably by William Billingsley.
I am unsure what purpose this item serves. Probably part of a larger object.
