Mediaeval French Manuscript On Vellum Dated 1433 With A Crowned Seal Of A Count

Rare Mediaeval French manuscript on vellum. We are not certain if it is written in Latin or French, but the notes on the back are in French. The brown ink handwriting is neat and of the period. It is dated 1433 in the left hand margin and again on the back. It bears a red seal with coat of arms with a bird and three swords and 9 ball crown above, which signifies a Count or Viscount, but being French it would be the former. The seal would normally be on the tab which can be seen at the... bottom, so we think it may have been moved to its present position? The lettering is generally quite clear, but an area towards the right- hand side has faded as have the margin notes. It has an off-centre fold mark and a group of tiny pin holes (see last picture) 12 x 5.5 inches.
