This device is very heavy. It would be mounted to the underside of a fabric table and has a clock face reading for measuring fabric, as well as a knife that comes out to cut a mark in the fabric. There is a reset button that goes in. The knife for the fabric cut doesn't work (it's still there, but it's frozen in time). The measuring device still has the rollers, but I can't get it to register fabric length. Great, hard to find display piece, but does not w...ork, and it will be very expensive to ship, so please check calculator before bidding.
