Sir Charles Bullen 10 September 1769 2 July 1853) was a highly efficient and successful naval officer who served in the Royal Navy during the French Revolutionary and Napoleonic Wars and distinguished himself at the Glorious First of June, the battle of Camperdown and the battle of Trafalgar. This lovely thing has a rich provenance starting with captin Bullen. It is complete with Faux tortoiseshell and faux ivory stringing. 5" long 7" wide 2 5/8" high. 3 mop spools and mop thread stars.... MOP thread carrier. Scissors. Satin lined. A true treasure.
