Antique 19thc Staffordshire Biscuit Tiny Pairof Miniatures- Shepherd and Shepherdess c1840 Ex Dennis Rice Collection. Originally purchased from Andrew DandoAntiques (bearing his label (Seeking a flock!) Delightful pair of early 19thc StaffordshireMiniature groups. A Shepherd and a Shepherdess together withtheir sheep and each with a dog by their sides. The sheep have granular coats. Each figure group stands 4.25 inches high and measures ap...prox. 2.5inches across the base. This pair of biscuit porcelain figure groups arein very good condition with just a few nibbles and chips on the leaves of theshepherd, a nibble under the base of the shepherdess and wear commensurate withthe age.
