Highly IlluminatedArabic Manuscript. An Amazing, Complete, Rare Koranic Scroll on Parchment. 15feet long and 3 inches wide. The scrollis written in ghubar (dust-like) script on parchment. Highly illuminated in gold and colors inelaborate designs throughout the scroll. Running throughout the scroll is a short Chapter of the Koran (Surat al-Fil[the Elephant], Chapter 105), weitten in gold in very large thuluth script. Beside the beginning and end pi...eces, whichare illuminated in gold and colors, there are various shapes and designsthroughout the scroll also in in gold and color. At the end of the scroll, there are two seals, which are hard to readand hard to understand their importance in the the scroll.
