Will be sold as is with no returns. Just got this clock from a very old estate. I have absolutely no experience with these neon clocks. When I powered it on the clock motor worked right away. It is loud. So I’m guessing it needs cleaning. The inside neon ring lit up right away as well. Then after a minute something happened. The inside neon lit up and a little fire appeared by on of the outside neon wholes that is missing. So I unplugged it and did this five or six times. It did the ...same thing every time. I’m guessing there is still a current running where the second neon was. I took pictures to show. It needs the new outside ring and other work but very rare clock. 21” in diameter selling as is. Glass is good second hand moves as it should
