From a recently discovered untouched collection of original Stereoviews, mostly eastern Pennsylvania areas, that have been in storage for more then 60 years is this example. It depicts a view of the West Chester Spoke Works Factory probably in the 1880's. It shows the factory building with piles of wood destined for wood spokes and several people posing for the photo. The spoke works was owned by the Hoopes Bros and Darlington as noted on the building. It is in good condition wit...h some slight staining and light bruising on the corners. It has the printed notation of S. R. Fisher 226 Main St. Norristown Pa. See photos as they are part of the description.
