PAIR OF VINTAGE 60S COTTON CURTAINS
'CIRA SOLE', A SCREEN PRINT BY WEMCO.
LARGE SUNFLOWER PATTERN.
They measure approx 103cm width x approx 161cm length
Turned under/hemmed at either selvedge, other ends have a 1cm hem at the bottom, and 2.5cm header tape at the top.The header tape is coming slightly unstitched at the ends (see close up photo)
These have clearly not been made by a professionalas the stitching is not completely straight!
I may h...ave missed small flaws, though I have looked all over and saw only one, a feint stain that was visible from the reverse of the fabric, but does not show on the front.
The colours are quite faded, though I have no idea what they wouldhave originally looked like, so it may be they were always this way.They are certainly uniform in colour, including the underside of the hems, so it may be wash fading (or of course the original colours!).
These really are a lovely print which would suitrepurposing into kitchen unit curtains.....or would look fabulous in a vintage camper re cut as curtains and/or cushions.
I have a matching tablecloth also for sale(this too is the same shade, so not helping me with whetherthe originals were this colour or darker!)

They have been in storage for years, so although clean, you maywant to freshen them up.
