vintage 1930s folk art Americana crib quilt It depicts Noah’s Ark, loading all of the animals. It is very colorful with appliquéd animals and ark, as pictured. There are also appliquéd flowers and embroidered flowers. There is an embroidered winding path leading the animals to the ark. Animals include grasshoppers bunny rabbits ducks penguins giraffes squirrels horses turtles elephants and pigs. There is a green border surrounding the pictorial. There is a reddish pink ...border to the outside. In the white space in between there is quilting with animals all around. It is all hand made and hand stitched. It measures approximately 38“ x 54“. It is in very good condition.
